Apologies to everyone who has sent emails and posted on the forum wondering about the bill of the three Lyric Theatre nights.
Tickets went on sale much earlier than any of us had anticipated, including Julian, who has just returned from Armenia. When I found out that tickets were on sale, I tried contacting Julian so I could post some more information about the shows, but Mt. Ararat stood between his mobile phone and me.
As Julian wrote in this month’s Address Drudion, each night at the Lyric will have something different going on, but the bills are still being finalised and right now we are unable to give you the line-ups. As well as Julian’s electric set, there will be other bands on the bill (some coming from overseas), and organising the three nights is inevitably time-consuming and complicated.
We had, of course, hoped to give much more information by the time tickets went on sale. All I can say now is that we will post information as and when it comes to us, and you can be assured that Julian’s aim is to present three nights of high energy electric rock and roll.
The Liverpool show, which is also now on sale, will be an electric set from Julian and his band.
